Unless expressly stated otherwise, ToolShare US does not own member-listed tools and is not the lessor of those tools.
Tool owners control their listings, pricing, availability and pickup expectations. Renters choose available tools, request rental dates, complete required payment and security-deposit authorization steps, pick up the tool from the owner, and return it in accordance with the booking.
