ToolShare US prohibits listings that are illegal, stolen, recalled, materially unsafe, counterfeit, unlawfully modified or not lawfully rentable by the owner.
ToolShare US may also prohibit or restrict high-risk categories, including firearms and ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, controlled substances, age-restricted weapons, surveillance or spyware equipment, and other items that create unacceptable legal, safety or marketplace risk.
ToolShare US may remove a listing, block a transaction or suspend an account when a prohibited item or unsafe condition is identified.
