We may restrict listings, bookings, payouts or accounts while fraud, safety, payment, chargeback, identity or dispute concerns are under review.
Tool rentals involve inherent risks of bodily injury, illness, death and property damage. Users must evaluate the tool and their ability to use it safely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users assume the risks arising from their possession, transportation and use of member-listed tools. ToolShare US, operated by Michelle Marina Thomas Ventures LLC, does not inspect or control every tool and is not responsible for injury or damage caused by a member-listed tool or another user's conduct, except where applicable law does not permit that responsibility to be excluded.
